Planning
Your house is planned as an individual architect-designed house: floor plan, materials and fittings, matched to your life.
Construction
As general contractor, Cima coordinates all the trades on site. You have one contact person, not a marathon through the authorities.
Handover
At the end comes the handover: you get the keys, move in and turn the house into your home.
Construction supervision
So that what was planned gets built.
Between the plan and the finished house lies the building site. Cima supervises the work there in person: professionally, regularly, with a clear eye on quality and deadlines. Far from everyone does that – here it is part of building.

Alongside house building, the Massivhaus GmbH brokers and sells houses and flats in Berlin and Brandenburg. No portal, no mass listings: you speak to the same person who runs the building sites.

Energy performance certificate
Required for sale and letting. Part of the service here instead of being bought in from outside.

With a conventional estate agent, the support ends after the viewing. After that you are left alone with the notary, the purchase contract and the appointments. Cima stays involved until the end.
