Some images and videos on this website were created with the help of artificial intelligence. So that you can judge what you are looking at, this page sets out where that is the case and where it is not.

The portrait on the home page

The photo of Cima Trumm is a real photograph. The slight movement you see on the home page was generated from it with an AI tool: the image is real, the movement is not. Ms Trumm has consented to her image being used for this purpose.

The construction sequence that follows your scrolling

The house build that takes shape step by step as you scroll is an AI-generated illustration. It shows the typical sequence of solid masonry construction and not a particular building project. The dimensions, execution and fittings of your house are planned individually.

The welcome video at the front door

The short film in which Cima Trumm greets you at the door and takes you inside was created entirely with AI. The house, the rooms and the movement were not filmed but computed, and her likeness in the film is not camera footage either. The spoken words are Cima Trumm's own, and the film was made on her instructions and with her approval. The house you see in it is not a particular building project.

The still of the lit front door you see before starting is the last image of the construction sequence – which is why the scroll passes into the film without a jump.

The film exists in three language versions: German, English and Albanian. All three were created with AI in the same way.

What was not created with AI

All photos and videos of real building sites come from ongoing or completed projects of Cima Elements Massivhaus GmbH. They are unedited apart from cropping and brightness. The texts on this site also describe how we work and have been checked by us.

Technical labelling

The original files from the AI tools used carry technical provenance markers. When files are cropped and converted for the web, these markers can be lost. So rely on the visible notices on this page, not on checking tools.
